wedge or support cargo. Wood and wood packing material consisting exclusively of raw
wood of 6 mm thickness or less and wood and wood packing material consisting exclusively
of processed wood produced by glue, heat and pressure, or a combination thereof, are not
included.

countries exporting the products concerned to Norway.

6. Description of content: The draft regulations amend Regulations of 1 December 2000 no.
1333 relating to plants and measures against pests, concerning import requirements for wood
packaging material. According to the draft regulations wood packaging material entering
Norway must have been treated and marked according to ISPM 15 (FAO International
Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No 15 on Guidelines for regulating wood packaging
material in international trade).
