An extremely useful product for storage and transport, the pallet collars make use of the whole pallet and provide for maximum load volume. The strong materials protect the products thoroughly and as it is possible to remove collar after collar during unloading it makes for a good work situation.

The collars are collapsible, taking minimal space when not in use or in transport and are made out of Swedish quality wood and steel. Both are old, well-tested materials which spare our environment where other materials do not.

The pallet collars are used diligently as transport packaging for both internal and external shipping, as well as for floor and high storage. The strong material make the collars the most economical alternative imaginable for your material handling.

A collar has an average working life between 10–15 years. The hinges are available in several models depending on collar thickness and colour (see special sections).

Extra Strength

We supply extra strength pallet collars for companies that send their pallet units back and forth between customer and supplier. These are suitable both for normal storage, as well as for high storage where the longest possible working life is desired. It is also possible to create personalised pallet collars by choosing colours for hinges, imprints and wood stain.

The pallet collars are made in standard or special sizes. We have flexible production lines enabling us to make pallet collars in
all sizes.

Imprints:

We imprint the pallet collars using brass clichés applied in a big press that provides even and sharp impressions. Our competitive imprint system makes each section an inexpensive advert space.

• Box Collar Lock The pallet collar lock fastens the collar(s) to the pallet in an easy and effective manner. The locks are available for 1, 2, 3 and 4 collars 

Plastic and steel stacking corners.	Pallet collar lock holds the collar(s) effectively.	Double-tab hinges are available for all collar heights – 200, 250, 300 and 400 mm.
The plywood lid can be fitted with ribs on the underside for better fit.	Six-hinge collars are smaller than the four-hinge ones when folded.	It is easy to create compartments with pallet collar dividers.
