So What Do We Mean by Product Technology?

Our meaning has three distinct and clear facets:

  • Configurable automation for maximum flexibility.
  • A technology tailored to the industry of our customer.
  • Assimilated production control

Configurable Automation for Maximum Flexibility

Consumer behaviour has highlighted in many industries an apparent shorter product life cycle in relation to the decrease of batch sizes against the increase in total volume. We provide critical help to our customers in meeting these challenges by heavy investment in pallet technology. A technology that flourishes with changing product life cycles.

Our pallet technology embraces the philosophy of a dynamic and flexible assembly system that has at its heart modules, workstations, robot cells, transfer signals and flexible buffers. Embedded in our designs is flow management software to execute orders, gather quality data and route the pallets according to specifications.

A Technology Tailored to the Industry of Our Customer

Our production technology offers flexibility and scalability meaning that our automated processes can be tailored to match current and future needs of differing customers. Our lines can be reconfigured to the uniqueness of customers' requirements. The key benefits of this approach are extremely high flexibility and outstanding product quality.

Assimilated Production Control

From the pre-engineering stage through hardware and software installations of our machinery, we ensure that the assimilation of computerised production control systems is effectively utilised. Having a production site that runs on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis, our elements of production control are well defined by statistical measures of demand and forecasting.
