The company has always maintained an active recruitment policy to ensure we can introduce new staff in line with the year on year growth the company has seen over the years. We need to ensure that new staff can be effectively inducted into our continuous production processes, receive the most appropriate training and allow these key people to feel they are a key member of the TWP team.
