The automated Storti Nailing Line  is another example of the huge financial commitment in cutting edge manufacturing equipment - A. The machine uses state-of the-art computer production technology and links directly into our own fully integrated wireless technology and ICT systems – giving pallet order positioning and tracking throughout order received to goods despatched. It also allows us to offer a flexibility in order size that has not been available within the industry.

Some Basic Facts

Our previous Capi Nailing Line achieved:

1. 240 pallets per hour – 4 pallets per minute.
2. Crucial product changeover time was 3 hours.

The Storti Flex 60

The excellent Storti design makes for extremely fast automated nailing and a flexible and quick product changeover. However when you are able to integrate other Storti systems such as the Block Cutter & Pallet turnover - as we have done at TWP Packaging- we are able to produce at a level of 7 pallets per minute, 420 per hour.

Computerised Production

Production facilities are run on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis with a fully integrated production control that ensures that predictions of demand and monitoring of material supplies are made possible with computerised production forecasting and control systems.
